The audit · 24-hour turnaround · Free · limited time
A UX audit that tells you what to fix, and in what order.
Send me a URL. I read your website or product flow the way your users do, and send back a PDF report you can act on the same day — a UX score, three critical blockers, and five quick wins. No calls, no code access.
Free while I build this out — normally $149.
What you get
Each report is a full usability audit — a heuristic evaluation of your page — boiled down to four things you can act on:
- 1–10
A UX score
One number, so you know where you stand and can track it over time.
- ×3
Critical blockers
The issues quietly turning interested visitors away, in priority order.
- ×5
Quick wins
Small changes you can ship this week without a redesign.
- Aa
A copy read
Where the words on the page add friction instead of removing it.
The UX audit process

One link to the page or flow you want read. Plus any login I need to reach it.

I move through it the way your user does and mark every point of friction.

You get the report
A PDF within 24 hours — a score, 3 blockers, 5 quick wins, and a copy read.
Audits by product type
- SaaS I read your signup, onboarding, and pricing the way a first-time user does, then send back the three things blocking them and the five changes that clear the path. See SaaS audits →
- E-commerce I follow the path from product page to confirmed order and mark every point where a ready buyer hesitates, gets distracted, or gives up. See E-commerce audits →
- B2B I read your site the way a busy buyer evaluating vendors does, and mark what stands between their interest and a booked demo or a filled form. See B2B audits →
- Dev tools I read your docs, onboarding, and pricing the way a developer evaluating your tool at 11pm does, and mark what stands between them and their first successful call. See Dev tools audits →
- AI products I read your product the way a first-time user facing a blank prompt does, and mark what stops them from getting a result they trust and coming back. See AI products audits →
- Fintech I read your site and signup the way a cautious person about to trust you with their money does, and mark what erodes that trust or stalls the sign-up. See Fintech audits →

- A page can promise predictability, but the visitor only believes it when they can total their own bill without leaving the page. Show the number; don't link to it. 8.0 /10score
- A headline price is the number the whole relationship is measured against. If the real bill is usage-based, the card has to say so on the page — otherwise the first invoice becomes the moment trust breaks. 7.0 /10score
- Four undifferentiated columns hand the sorting work to the visitor. One recommended plan and a stated saving do that work for them — and a decision you make easy is a decision that actually gets made. 7.5 /10score
