UX audits for e-commerce stores

I follow the path from product page to confirmed order and mark every point where a ready buyer hesitates, gets distracted, or gives up.

Questions

Which page should I have audited first?

Usually checkout, because that's where intent is highest and friction is most expensive. If your drop-off is earlier, a product page or category page may matter more — tell me your numbers and I'll advise.

Do you need access to my store admin?

No. I audit the live storefront the way a shopper sees it. If you want me to reach the payment step, a test product or coupon that lets me complete a mock order helps.

Does this work for any platform?

Yes. Shopify, WooCommerce, custom — it doesn't matter. I read the experience, not the stack.

Will you tell me to redesign everything?

No. The report is built around quick wins you can ship without a rebuild, plus the few deeper blockers worth planning for.

How is the report delivered?

As a PDF within 24 hours, with annotated screenshots so anyone on your team can see exactly what I mean.
