I'm Sergio, and I do the audit myself.

I'm a product designer working at a startup in Barcelona, seven years into this — mostly SaaS and mobile apps: dashboards, developer portals, signup and onboarding flows, the screens people have to get through before a product is any use to them. Uxerfy is the thing I do on my own: I run a UX design audit of a website or product flow, reading it the way a first-time user does, and write down what's getting in their way.

I have no UX certification. I looked into it and wrote about why I never got one. What I have instead is seven years of shipping the kind of screens I'm auditing, and a public record you can read before you trust me with yours.

There's no team behind this — no account manager, no junior doing the work under someone else's name, none of the overhead of a UX audit company. You send a URL, I open it, and I put my name on what I send back. If the audit is wrong, it's wrong because I got it wrong — and that keeps me honest.

Most UX feedback arrives as a two-hour call and a vague follow-up. That's slow, and it's hard to act on. I'd rather send you something concrete: a score, the three things costing you the most, and five changes you can make this week. A PDF you can forward to whoever ships the fix, without a meeting in the middle.

I don't promise a percentage lift. I can't prove one, and anyone who does is guessing. What I sell is judgment and clarity — a clear read of where your experience adds friction, from someone who does this every day.
