Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Uxerfy collects, why, and what rights you have over it. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the audit service.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Uxerfy, operated by Sergio Gualda, a product designer based in Barcelona, Spain. For any privacy question or request, email hello@uxerfy.com.

What data I collect

• Audit requests. When you use the audit form, I collect the URL you submit, the product type, the page or flow to review, the goal, the audience, any notes you add, and your email address.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, I collect your email address.
• Direct emails. If you email me, I keep the message and your address to reply.
• Analytics. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. See the cookie policy for detail.

Why I use it, and the legal basis

• To deliver your audit and reply — because you asked me to (steps taken at your request before and during the service).
• To send the newsletter — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
• To measure and improve the site — on the basis of your consent to analytics cookies.

Who else processes your data

I use a few third-party services that process data on my behalf. Each has its own privacy terms:

• Web3Forms — delivers form and newsletter submissions to my inbox.
• Google Analytics — website analytics (only with your consent).
• Hostinger — website hosting.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards their terms provide.

How long I keep it

• Audit request data — kept while I deliver your audit and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted.
• Newsletter email — until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data — retained per Google Analytics settings.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, or object to its use. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@uxerfy.com. If you are in the EU and believe your data is mishandled, you may also complain to your local data protection authority — in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

I may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
