Get my audit · From $149 · 48h
Choose the audit. Pay. Send the URL.
The URL and your goal are collected on the payment page, so nothing about your product reaches me until the audit is yours. Pick the scope below; the extras are offered on the next step.
-
Page audit
$149 one page or screen
One high-stakes page, read end to end.
- A UX score from 1 to 10, with the reasoning
- The 3 critical blockers, ordered by what they cost you
- 5 quick wins you can ship this week
- A copy read — the lines that add friction, quoted
- Annotated screenshots of every finding
- One PDF, within 48 hours
-
Flow audit
$349 one journey, up to 5 screens
One journey, up to five screens, read as your user lives it.
- Everything in the page audit, for each screen
- A UX score for the flow and for each step
- Where the journey leaks: the step people abandon, and why
- The 3 blockers across the whole flow, ordered by cost
- 5 quick wins, chosen for the flow rather than the screen
- One PDF, within 3 working days
Card checkout is being connected. Until it is, ordering by email works the same way: I reply with a Stripe invoice, and the audit starts when it is paid.
Extras, offered on the payment page
Each one is bounded work at a fixed price. Add none, add all — the audit is complete without them.
-
Re-audit after your fixes
Ship the changes, send the same URL back within 90 days, and I re-score it. You get a before/after with the same rubric, and a note on what moved.
-
Competitor read
The same four lenses on one competitor page, presented side by side with yours. Where they are ahead, where they are not, and which of their choices you should ignore.
-
Written follow-up
Five questions by email in the two weeks after the report — "would this work instead?", "what if we cannot change that?" — answered by the person who wrote it.
-
Priority: 24 hours
The report lands within 24 hours of payment instead of 48. Page audits only — a flow read in a day would be a worse read.
Ongoing · $129 a month
One page audit every month, and every earlier page re-scored.
- One page audit each month — any page, any product
- Every previously audited page re-scored, so the score becomes a trend
- Written follow-up included on every report
- Same 48-hour turnaround, same person
- Cancel any time — no minimum term
What happens after you pay
-
On the payment page
Stripe asks for three things with your card: the URL, what the page is for, and who it is for. That is the whole brief. If you need me to see something behind a login, reply to the receipt with test credentials.
-
Within the hour
You get a receipt from Stripe and a note from me confirming the URL and the day the report will land. If the week is already full, that note says which day instead — and you can reply to cancel for a full refund.
-
Within 48 hours
One PDF in your inbox, from hello@uxerfy.com. A flow audit takes 3 working days. Extras you added are in the same PDF, or scheduled if they happen later (the re-audit, the follow-up).
I take 2 audits a day, 10 a week. If the week is already full, the checkout says so before you pay — not after.
Before you order
Why do I pay before sending the URL?
Because the alternative — a free request form — fills the week with pages that were never going to be read seriously and delays the ones that were. Paying first is what makes the 48 hours real. If I cannot start within the week, you are told before the money moves, and you can walk away.
What if the page is not public yet?
Send the staging URL, or reply to the receipt with test credentials. I look at it the way a visitor would, on desktop and mobile, and I never publish anything about your page without your written go-ahead.
What if the report is not useful?
Reply and say so. I either redo it with a sharper brief or refund it in full — your choice. A bad read with my name on it costs me more than the refund.
Can I pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes — email hello@uxerfy.com with the audit you want and a billing address, and I send a Stripe invoice. The audit starts when it is paid, same as the card flow.
