What is being bought, what is delivered, and what happens when something goes wrong.

This text describes how this service actually works, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need contractually reviewed wording before you buy, say so and it will be arranged.

What you are buying

An accessibility assessment of a defined scope against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, combining automated analysis with manual testing by a person, delivered as a written report.

Scopes and prices are as published: Page audit $490, Journey audit $990, Site audit $2,400. Add-ons are Remediation Pack $390, Accessibility Roadmap $190, Accessibility Statement draft $190, Re-test after fixes $290.

What is not being bought

No certification of conformance, no legal advice, no determination of your legal obligations, and no guarantee against a complaint or a claim. The report describes the state of the audited scope on the date it was audited.

Remediation — changing your code — is not included. The report says what to change; the Remediation Pack turns that into tickets; neither is implementation.

Turnaround

Target turnaround is 48 hours for a page, 3 working days for a journey and 10 working days for a site sample, counted in working days from payment — or from the moment any access you need to provide has been provided, whichever is later.

If the week is full, the order page says so before payment.

What is needed from you

A reachable URL, and working access to anything behind a login that is in scope. If access is not provided, the audit covers what was reachable and the report says so.

You confirm you are entitled to commission an audit of the site in question.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken at the point of order through Stripe. If the report is not delivered, the full amount is refunded.

Once delivered, there is no refund for disagreement with the findings. There is a response: raise any finding you believe is wrong and it is re-examined, and the report corrected if warranted.

Confidentiality

Your site, your brief and your report are treated as confidential. No client is named publicly without written permission, and no report is published as an example without it.

Liability

Liability for any claim arising from an audit is limited to the amount paid for that audit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
